Neonatal Resuscitation Program^� (NRP^�), developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American Heart Association (AHA), conveys an evidence-based approach to care for newborns at birth and facilitate effective team-based care. It utilises an integrated learning approach, which includes online quizzes and hands-on case-based simulation / debriefing.?? It aims to improve neonatal health outcomes by having a trained provider at every birth and every resuscitation.
