Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course (PALS)

The PALS Provider Course aims to improve outcomes for paediatric patients by preparing healthcare providers to effectively recognise and intervene in patients with respiratory emergencies, shock and cardiopulmonary arrest. This is achieved through high-performance team dynamics and high-quality individual skills. The 1-day PALS course is delivered through an integrated learning method, combining self-directed online learning and a hands-on in-person session. The 2-day version provides participants with a more comprehensive learning experience.

• Target participants: Paediatric doctors, personnel who work in emergency, intensive care, critical care or acute departments / wards, responding to cardiovascular emergencies in infants and children
• Course duration: One day / two days
