▲ Recently, six tele-consultation rooms have been added to the SOPC, allowing doctors to follow up with patients online. These rooms are soundproofed and networked to ensure clear and stable communication with patients while safeguarding privacy.

The SOPC now provides tele-consultation service for patients under most specialties who are stable and do not require clinical exam. Patients can attend follow-up and assessment via the mobile app HA Go, saving them from travelling back to the hospital.

After tele-consultation, patients can use HA Go to opt for medication delivery service and pharmacist medication counselling service. A standard fee applies per prescription, regardless of the medications' weight, size, type and quantity, including refrigerated medicines.

▲ Some patients need to take multiple medications or live far away. Medication delivery service can alleviate the burden of collecting their medications from the Pharmacy.
