The Orthopaedic Oncology unit at HKCH takes care of any patient under 18 years old with orthopaedic malignant tumour, suspected orthopaedic malignant tumour, borderline malignancy or difficult benign orthopaedic tumour
Orthopaedic tumours are bone / soft tissue / skin tumours in the spine, paraspinal region, sacrum, pelvis and/or four limbs (some of them are also managed by spine tumour surgeons)
Referrals may come from the following sources:
The three orthopaedic tumour centres at Prince of Wales Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Queen Mary Hospital
Interdepartmental referral within HKCH
Through the orthopaedic oncology outpatient clinic

Outpatient referrals can be submitted to the HKCH Specialist Outpatient Clinic by the patient via HA Go app, email (hkchsopcbooking@ha.org.hk), or fax (3512 7579).
