The Hospital Authority (HA) mobile application HA Go is a one-stop mobile platform designed to improve patient experience in the overall healthcare journey. It connects patients beyond hospital care and empowers them to manage their own health. With HA Go, one can check appointments made in HA hospitals or clinics, pay HA bills and drug charges, book appointment for general outpatient services and new case of specialist outpatient services, view medication and perform rehabilitation exercise following prescriptions. Patients can also download various mobile apps published by HA via HA Go.

Location Map

Location Map provides indoor navigation of hospitals, location-based notification and useful information on service and contacts of hospitals. Location Map has been migrated into HA Go. Please download HA Go on App Store / Google Play.

BookHA

TouchMed

TouchMed provides useful pharmacy and drug-related information. It shows the medicine collection status at different Hospital Authority pharmacies and allows you to check if your medicines are ready anytime anywhere (for same-day ticket numbers only). By setting notification alert, TouchMed will alert you as soon as your medicine is ready for collection.

TouchMed also provides information on the drugs dispensed by HA and general medication tips on the use of medicines. Simply scan the barcode on drug label for instant access to specific drug information.

Join HA provides a one-stop mobile platform for the public to explore career opportunities in HA and apply for job openings easily via mobile devices. Users can receive notifications, such as interview notification

Stoma Care

The app provides information on stoma care, including "understand your stoma", "stoma care", "daily life" and "companion". Users can also enter personal stoma data and related information. In addition, users can set up reminders in the programme on personal care. The programme will issue automatic alerts according to the set-up.

My Pregnancy

My Pregnancy provides useful pregnancy information for moms-to-be. You may also record your health situation via this application. My Pregnancy has been migrated into HA Go. Please download HA Go on App Store / Google Play.
