We provide communication channels to relay the feedback and suggestions by patients, parents and other stakeholders to the concerned parties.

Scope of Services
- Respond to the concerns, feedback and enquiries of patients and parents
- Facilitate communication between patients / parents and the hospital
- Promote patient and family engagement as partner of the hospital
