Present appointment slip and identification document, e.g. HK birth certificate or HKID card, for registration and payment at the
Shroff on G/F, Tower B
(registration is not required for follow-up patients, they can pay at
electronic kiosk )
Take escalator to the Specialist Outpatient Clinic
Take escalator to the
Specialist Outpatient Clinic for screening for fever and
infectious diseases
Go to the investigation room for assessment
Go to the Investigation Room for assessment, e.g. height, weight,
blood pressure measurement
Wait patiently at the waiting area for your name to be called

Go through the following procedures as necessary

If patient suffers from infectious diseases (e.g. upper respiratory tract infection, vomit, fever, skin rash, chickenpox) on the appointment day, parents should contact the clinic for re-scheduling. Please refer to the information on the appointment slip or ask clinic staff for details.
