Booking of New Cases

Our hospital is a tertiary referral centre for complex, serious and uncommon paediatric cases requiring multidisciplinary management. All our patients have to be referred by a registered doctor in public hospitals or the private sector.
Documents and information required for booking an appointment

  • Referral letter from a local registered medical practitioner issued in the last three months
  • Patient’s identification document
    (e.g. HKID card, HK birth certificate)
  • Residential address
    (please provide proof of address to ensure accuracy)
  • Contact person and phone number
Please submit the above by e-mail, by fax or
in person to the Specialist Outpatient Clinic
(For Paediatrics and Paediatric Surgery, booking can also be made via HA Go App)
