Visiting Arrangements

  1. The visiting hours in our hospital are as follows:

    Wards
    Visiting Hours
    General wards
    Visiting Hours:11am to 8pm daily
    (Note: One parent / carer can stay at bedside 24 hours)
    Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
    Visiting Hours:Parents: 11am to 8pm daily
    Grandparents: 6pm to 8pm daily
    Special Care Baby Unit
    and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
    Visiting Hours:Parents: 24 hours daily
    Grandparents: 6pm to 8pm daily
    Isolation wards / cubicles
    Limited or no visiting

  2. Subject to the ward situation, up to two visitors (including parents, carers and other visitors) could enter the ward at the same time. Exchange of visitors is allowed.
  3. For critically-ill patients, special arrangements may be made according to individual circumstances.
  4. Visitors are required to comply with the prevailing infection control measures including wearing a surgical mask when entering patient care areas and cleaning hands before and after visiting. People with rash, fever or respiratory symptoms should avoid visiting.
