How to become a milk donor

Thank you for considering to donate your breast milk. It is a precious gift you can offer to infants in need. Here are what you have to do to enroll as a breast milk donor:

• You will be invited to a face-to-face interview.
• Complete a questionnaire on medical history and lifestyle.
• Blood tests will be done to screen for infectious diseases.
• Sign a consent form for breast milk donation.

If you are interested in donating your breast milk, please:

• Submit the form below, and staff of the Hong Kong Breast Milk Bank will contact you; or
• Call the Hong Kong Breast Milk Bank (3513 6688); or
• Contact the lactation clinic of related hospitals under the Hospital Authority (for those who have delivered in the respective hospital)
