Introduction

We provide diagnostic and therapeutic service for children with neurological disorders within HKCH. We also receive consultation referrals from paediatric specialists and other specialists.

Our comprehensive neurology service is supported by a broad spectrum of professionals including paediatric neurologists, and other specialists including developmental-behavioural paediatricians, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals. In addition, our Electrophysiology Unit is well equipped to provide neuro-diagnostic tests such as video-electroencephalogram, nerve conduction study, electromyography and evoked potentials.

Our missions:

  • To provide high-quality child and family centered care, and integrated inter-disciplinary care partnering with other specialties and departments.
  • To enhance professional and academic expertise through ongoing training, service development and scientific research.
  • To collaborate with community partners in providing education and arranging mutual support for patients and families.
