Congenital heart diseases	All cyanotic heart diseases Acyanotic heart diseases considered for intervention
Acquired heart diseases	Cardiomyopathy or suspected cardiomyopathy Myocarditis or suspected myocarditis Kawasaki disease with moderate-sized coronary artery aneurysms (Z-score >2.5) Pericarditis with pericardial effusion considered for cardiac intervention Significant valvar, subvalvar / or supravalvar lesions Aortic root dilation in connective tissue disorder (e.g. Marfan syndrome, Loeys-Dietz syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) Infective endocarditis Pulmonary hypertension
Arrhythmias	Unexplained sinus bradycardia and tachycardia Complex and / or frequent premature ventricular contraction Second / third degree atrioventricular block Supraventricular and ventricular tachycardias Suspected inherited arrhythmias
Cardiac symptoms/signs	Chest pain / palpitation / syncope with uncertain diagnosis despite cardiac investigations
