Outpatient referrals can be submitted to the HKCH Specialist Outpatient Clinic by the patient via HA Go app, email (hkchsopcbooking@ha.org.hk), or fax (3512 7579). It can also be faxed to the Neurosurgery Office (fax: 2459 4278).
